I had an old copy of the Knit Picks catalog and it had a pattern that I think is yours -- Lily of the Valley Socks. Is it? Anyway, it is no longer available. I would really like to purchase this pattern. Is that possible? Thank you for your time. Sincerely, BRIDGET

Whoa, how'd I miss this? Oh, yes, I guess I've been a wee bit busy....but I think Bloglines has forsaken me again.

Anywayyyyyyy, GORGEOUS! Everyone should take crochet lessons from YOU. Most crochet that I've seen is downright tacky, as Madison said, but not yours, Chica! Absolutely wonderful. I got the totals today -- not too bad. 2,375 scarves so far (with more to be unpacked), and over $14K in donations, between Paypal and cash and checks and gift cards.

I love that scarf! You should be proud to send something that pretty. Somewhere, somebody is going to be very happy.

I cannot believe that that is crocheting! I always think crocheting looks rather tacky in comparison to knitting, but I believe this is an exception! It's fantastic!

Can always dye the mittens but who cares what the color is as long as they keep your 'digits' warm..

I've been trying to come up with a quick easy knitted scarf for OFA and your post opened a little crack of light into what I think of as my brains but is really just a quagmire of mismatched patterns and yarn. With your clue (the dreaded "C" word), I realized that I have a fabulous crochet pattern that I can use -- quick, easy, and looks very cool. Thanks for the whack on the side of my head!
