I just got over that same thing the first of May. It is awful and I know exactly what you are going through. My ENT performed the Epley as well and it was a miracle. I had it (migraine related) a couple of years ago. The maneuvers helped a lot. I think it took 3 or 4 sessions (with my ENT) before it stopped completely...Way to get the word out!
