The Postman Rings Once, Then Twice, Then . . .

There have been a lot of packages containing yarn and fiber gracing my doorstep in the last few weeks. In my defense (assuming I need one), some have contained yarn for “secret” projects. But, admittedly, the vast majority have surfaced as the result of the undeniable lure of online yarn shopping.

I’d first like to warn everyone that Jen at Woolgirl is evil . . . evil beyond belief. Who does she think she is, enticing me by wrapping those packages up so nicely with real ribbon, candy, and assorted prezzies.

Plus, now she’s having a sale! It won’t work on me, Jen. Nope. I’ve already bought all you have to offer and plenty from other vendors, too:

And more sock yarn! These are all from Kim at the Woolen Rabbit.

And there’s fiber, too! The last two selections from the Hello Yarn fiber club:

I think I have enough to keep me busy for a while.

Smooshy love! And all those other pretty things. My credit card is currently being thrown out the window so that I don’t immediately buy enough yarn to fit in my bathtub!

Hi Susan, I just downloaded your pattern Forest canopy shawl. It is beautiful, I did downloaded 2 times. One for my pattern book and one as a working copy. I love your yarn stash. Another absolutly great place to shop is The Loopy Ewe. Sheri is wonderful and very quick service. Nicely wrapped and great gifties. Check it out you know misery loves company. Sheri says sock yarn does not count as stash. Thank goodness.Have a great weekend.

Pot meet Kettle. Not just pictures and enough info to find the places but links as well! Sheesh. My postman will have a fit if I get too many more boxes.

But seriously, wow what a lovely lot of lovely stuff. Thanks for sharing it. And thanks for the links! I’m off to spend the tax refund.
