I have been reading your concerns about carpal tunnel problems and I have to say, get the surgery!!! I suffered with the same problem for 18 years, since my first pregnancy. I couldn't sleep for monts at a time and had loads of problems for years. I finally had the surgery. I have a 1 inch scare in my hand and three weeks later was able to go to tennis camp for three days. I could do everything except a backhand volley! The surgery is great, worth it and a quick recovery. Beats the crap out of suffering and physical therapy.
