What a great post! He could have coined a new term in ‘yarn creep’ though it could also be used as an adjective:) The hat is very nice and it is even better to see that he appreciates what a unique gift it is to have a wife who can AND will whip up a hat on a moment’s notice!

Too funny! My yarn “creeps” too. And at first hubby complained but alas he has given up and taken heed in the fact that it keeps me sane to have yarny goodness “insulating” me!!!! Keep it coming, your family is amazing!

Dear Mr. IKAFAIC: First of all – Go Mets! My guy has a larger and growing baseball card collection which competes with my yarn stash. He’s also a HUGE Mets fan. Perhaps you have a similar hobby that takes up room? So glad you showed up for the blog photo shoot. Very nice to meet you.

Time to take up motorcycling or winter mountain hiking or scuba diving….. Then you can have gear creep fighting the yarn creep. If you have to support a NY team, the Giants are best I suppose (another Red Sox fan here) and personally, I think the top of your head is hot!

“Yarn Creep”??? I prefer to think of it as home insulation….I must be saving on my utility bills, thus giving me more money to spend on more “insulation”. The circle of life (or whatever). You are one in a million though and I’d like to be second in line for a brother.
