What Goes Around

Yikes!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes and the huge response to my 50% off pattern sale. If I ever need to raise some quick cash to pay a bail bondsman I certainly know how to do it!

Since I had such a lovely birthday, I think it’s payback time.

On Saturday night when the sale ends, I’ll pick one name at random from the list of everyone who purchased a pattern from me since last Sunday. The lucky winner will be sent the yarn to complete the pattern she purchased. Multiple pattern purchases get you multiple “tickets.”

And since I can’t have three posts in a row without photos, here’s some BFL I dyed and spun up for Heather for her birthday.

Blog 024

I’ll have photos of my b’day swag in a few days.

Those colors are just beautiful, and the yarn is s-o-f-t. Quite beautiful–you do have a touch. Happy happy birthday to you–you’re as young as you feel! Heh.

Oooh - it’s that elusive coral color. Not too orange, not too pink. Pretty!

Is the percentage sweater in Knitting Around too? I really liked that book, but I can’t remember now if it was in there. I love that yarn you spun for Heather. Also, the Knowlton’s and the singles you showed us Tuesday. Beautiful. I’m very impressed and inspired to try more to improve my own spinning.

Happy (belated) birthday and thanks for the sale :-)
Your yarn makes me want to get back to spinning, but first DH’s birthday sweater….

Oh no, half off patterns, and the chance to win yarn? That’s a good combination.

I hope you had a great birthday! :)
